By accessing or using WysLeap's website, analytics platform, APIs, or related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a license to process it to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Analytics and insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, business, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WysLeap and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or these Terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WysLeap and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account. We may also discontinue or change features with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
